I recently had the opportunity to speak at Product Camp Chicago, an interactive conference for product managers where the subjects are actually voted on by the participants. My talk, Designing for the Mobile Experience in Agile, took an early lead as one of the more popular talks, and I was ensured a speaking slot. I gave a presentation along with fellow designer Victoria Pater about best practices in design while working in an Agile environment, and how our mobile team at Orbitz has taken a Lean approach. I was able to get my hands on some video shot during the Q&A portion of the talk, which is available on YouTube.
